This 12-acre park overlooking Otay Lake contains what the city describes as its only interactive water feature, a circular sprayground with about a dozen jets that runs each year from April through November. The park opened in 2006 and also offers an amphitheater, basketball court, gazebos, soccer field and walking trails.
