Corrections and closures
Season dates move and pads close early for maintenance more often than published schedules admit. If a listing is wrong, tell us which pad and what changed — a link to the parks department page is the fastest possible fix, because that is the source we verify against.
Adding a splash pad
Use the submission form rather than email. It asks for the fields we need to place a pad on the map, which saves a round trip.
Takedowns
If you manage a facility and want a listing removed or corrected, email us and we'll act promptly. You don't need to explain why.
Press and advertising
Same address. To be clear about what is for sale: nobody pays to be listed, and no listing is ranked, promoted or removed because of advertising. Seehow the guide is funded.
Response time
Usually a few days. Corrections that affect whether a family turns up to a closed pad get handled first.
