Opened in May 2026, this deck park built over Interstate 35E in Oak Cliff has three separate splash areas, including two ground-level pads that light up after dark and the shaded Moody Rain Curtain inside the children's playground, which drops water in an S-shape from the terrace above. The park sits directly beside the Dallas Zoo.
